Learn how to cook bistro classics Jerusalem artichoke soup, truffle brioche, Coq au Vin and Ouef a la neige yourself this February, with a cookery masterclass from our Executive Chef Tom Cook. At 10am guests will be greeted for a morning coffee and pastry at 10.30 the learning begins when Tom will start his demonstration in the Salon Prive followed by the menu demonstrated for lunch with wine in the Restaurant. Classic French dessert class
Tom Cook our head chef is fluent in French – French cookery. Each month he leads a masterclasses which takes the form of a half-day experience from 10.30am with coffee followed by a demonstration then a delicious three-course lunch with wine in the Restaurant.
This class will focus exclusively on classic French desserts – something Tom mastered in Paris. Guests will learn how to prepare Ile Flottante, Crêpe Suzette and Rum Baba (to Paul Bocuse’s original recipe). Places are available at £65p.p.
