Learn how to cook the perfect French feast yourself with a cookery masterclass from Le Pont de la Tour’s executive chef Tom Cook. This half-day experience has been designed by Tom to share his knowledge, passion and experience of French cooking by using a range of accessible seasonal produce and ingredients. The demonstrations will give you the confidence and skills needed to prepare exceptional soups, fish and meat dishes and mouthwatering desserts.

At 10am guests are will be greeted by the restaurant staff for a morning coffee and pastry in the Bar & Grill overlooking Tower Bridge. At 10.30am the learning begins when Tom will start his demonstration in the Salon Prive. At 12.30pm you will get to taste the dishes yourself with a three course lunch with wine paired by master sommelier Nicolas Clerc in the Restaurant.
