The Thames Festival 2010

Join us at Le Pont de la Tour to celebrate the Thames Festival on Sunday 12 September, 2010 at 18:00. Upon arrival to the restaurant, guests will be greeted with a glass of Champagne followed by a three-course meal prepared excellently by our Head Chef, Lee Bennett. At 20:30 we will embark Butlers Wharf Pier and sail down the river towards central London on our own private boat to watch the fabulous firework show associated with the Thames Festival. The fireworks launch between Blackfriars and Waterloo Bridge. The show is world renowned for its expertly configured colours, shapes and sequences fired by celebrity pyrotechnics.

The cost of the evening is priced at £90.00 per person (12.5% service charge will be applied to parties of 8 or more people).

Head Chef Lee Bennett makes final of the National Chef of the Year award

Le Pont de la Tours Head Chef Lee Bennett has made it through to the semi final of the Craft Guild of Chefs National Chef of the Year The semi-finalists are now set to compete in a series of four cook-offs at Westminster Kingsway College on Monday 13 and Thursday 16 September.
