Head Chef Lee Bennett has created a sumptuous menu featuring dishes such as: Chicken liver and foie gras parfait, walnut toast; Fillet of sea bass, crushed potato, spinach, chive velouté for main course, followed by "Jivara" milk chocolate and Baileys parfait, bitter chocolate sauce.
