Join us on our Food de France culinary journey through France this year as we learn more about showcasing dishes and wines from our favourite gastronomic areas. This month we are exploring Provence-Alpes-Côte-D’azur with a delicious Fricassee of Volaille de Bresse, pilau rice with a glass of white Cotes Du Rhone.
Our wine lunches have been created exclusively by executive Head Chef Tom Cook and head sommelier Antoine Dugand. The three-course menu explores the signature ingredients of the region alongside a paired wine flight showcasing the standout vintages the region has to offer.
