Join executive Head Chef Tom Cook for a deluxe French cookery masterclass celebrating glorious seafood. Tom will be demonstrating grilled scallop skewers with a citrus dressing, baked mussels and razor clams with a garlic and herb crust and pan-fried halibut with a squid and saffron sauce.

Our half-day experiences have been designed by Tom to share his knowledge, passion and experience of French cooking by using a range of accessible seasonal produce and ingredients. The demonstrations will give you the confidence and skills needed to prepare exceptional soups, fish and meat dishes and mouthwatering desserts.

At 10am guests are will be greeted by the restaurant staff for a morning coffee and pastry in the Bar & Grill overlooking Tower Bridge. At 10.30am the masterclass begins when Tom will start his demonstration. At 12.30pm you will get to taste the dishes yourself with a three-course lunch in the restaurant.
