As we kick off our winter partnership with Laurent-Perrier, we’re celebrating in true Le Pont de la Tour style!
Join us on Wednesday 1st December at 7pm for a special Laurent-Perrier Champagne dinner in our cosy wine cellar.
Enjoy four bespoke courses from Executive Chef Tony Fleming each paired perfectly alongside a different Laurent-Perrier Champagne.
The menu will feature the following courses
Seared Orkney scallop, spiced veal cheeks, Vichy carrots, cardamon, gremolata, Laurent-Perrier Cuvee Rose
Slow cooked suckling pig, smoked eel, golden beetroots, chicory, red apple puree, Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee
Fillet of cod ‘bourgignon’, oxtail, pommes purée, Alsace bacon, sauce vin rouge, Laurent – Perrier Blanc de Blancs
Brillat Savarin cheesecake, blackberries, apple and tarragon sorbet, Laurent-Perrier Harmony
The evening is priced at £95 per person.
