Join us for an intimate four-course dinner with Lanson Champagne pairings!
We’re thrilled to be hosting a special evening in the wine cellar from on Monday 24th April in partnership with Lanson Champagne.
Join us at 7pm, and enjoy a bespoke four-course dinner by Executive Chef Tony Fleming, with each course perfectly paired with a glass of Lanson Champagne.
Begin the dinner with a selection of canapes, followed by a starter of Seabream ceviche. The Lanson Brut Le Black Reserve will be paired with a main course of Cornish seafood bouillabaisse, saffron potatoes, monks beard and braised fennel, followed by a Garagette tartlet for dessert.
With each course, our Head Sommelier Michele Orbolato will offer tasting notes and guide you through each Champagne pairing, alongside Lanson Brand Ambassador, Ashley Wilce.
The evening will be hosted in the wine cellar, with all guests seated on one long table, and promises to be a fabulous night.
Tickets are priced at £90pp.
