In true French style we are paying homage to the traditional Crêpes Suzette, with a new crêpes menu of seasonal flavours in the restaurant.
To celebrate the seasons, Executive Chef Tony Fleming has created a different recipe for each month for you to try. Enjoy the likes of Blood orange crêpes in February, Classic Orange with Grand Marnier in March, and Pink Grapefruit in April.
Watch as the alcohol is poured on top and the crêpes are flambéed in the middle of the restaurant!
