The ultimate up-cycled cocktail

As part of D&D London‘s group wide January campaign “Waste not, Want more” which focuses on sustainability and food waste, Le Pont de la Tour  have created the ultimate up-cycled cocktail available on their menu throughout January – The Pumpkin Martini!

This cocktail sees the classic martini created with the following waste ingredients that would otherwise have been discarded, helping to prevent food waste: vodka infused with pumpkin skin (used in the process of making our pumpkin soup), pumpkin puree (made from the discarded pumpkin), cinnamon syrup, rhubarb liqueur.

Available throughout January for £12. Enjoy a classic, whilst help save the planet from added waste, it’s a win- win!
