Enjoy Executive Chef Tony Fleming’s bespoke five course Valentine’s Menu, for £130 per person. Begin your dinner with Warm Comte gougeres, followed by Le Pont’s famous Fruits de Mer to share. Indulge in Lobster raviolo, fennel, ginger slaw and chive butter and then choose a from a selection of whole fish for two to share.
A pre-dessert of Raspberry and Chambord sorbet with pink champagne and crystalised rose will then cleanse your palette ahead of Tony’s signature dessert, an Apple tarte tatin to share with rum caramel and tonka bean ice cream.
Alternatively, dine on the A la Carte menu across Valentine’s weekend and on Valentine’s Day.
