If you’re a cheese lover – and if not, why not? – this fondue pop-up is for you. Set right on the Thames at French restaurant LePont de la Tour, it kicks off with a glass of Moët & Chandon Champagne and a snack of blue-cheese velouté with red port shallots, followed by cheese fondue and (just in case you’re not feeling sickly enough) a gooey chocolate version.
Wash it all down with a bottle of red wine, huddled away in Alpine-style cabins decked out with faux fur and wintery floral arrangements.
