Tasting Notes:

An intense, deep  red colour, this wine is fresh and elegant on the nose with red berries  such as raspberry and straw berry. Also aromas of tea and tobacco a hint  of graphite.

The palate is concentrated, smooth yet powerful with a delicate edge; soft and complex  with a long finish.

Recommended serving temperature 17-19 ⁰C, Aging potential: 1 – 8 years.

Our food pairing suggestion; Classic pairing with red meat, semi mature cheese and spicy food.
