Lighter golden colour. Beautifully fresh, fruity nose, with apricot, peach, vanilla and floral aromas. Mouth filling, but very elegant and balanced; great finesse.

Outstanding aperitif. Perfect accompaniment to foie gras. Also excellent with sea food or fish dishes made with creamy sauce and lemon, duck dishes with fruit, and not too sweet for desserts, fruits and cheeses.
