To start we have our Terrine of duck liver with apple and raisin chutney and toasted brioche followed by Scottish smoked salmon with Cornish crab roll, avocado cream and keta caviar.
Next for the main event, our Norfolk Turkey, with glazed Brussel tops, classic garnish and cranberries. What Christmas would be complete without the cheese course, and ours is an artisan selection of French cheeses. End on a high with Chef’s Mont blanc, puréed, sweetened chestnuts topped with a dab of whipped cream.
