As we bid farewell to summer, it’s time to enjoy the new season’s finest ingredients and best autumnal dishes!
From truffle, to game, and in celebration of all things seasonal, we are proud to present Tales of The Riverbank, a chef collaboration dinner at Blueprint Cafe.
For one night only, the Butlers Wharf Head Chefs; Frederick Forster (Le Pont de la Tour), Rudolphe Warner (Blueprint Cafe), Behzad Gotla (Butlers Wharf Chop House), and Michele Tricario (Cantina del Ponte) are teaming up to host a four-course feast, showcasing their favourite seasonal dishes!
Join us on Tuesday 29th October at 7pm and enjoy four courses, each specially created by the Head Chefs, and paired perfectly with wines, while gazing out over iconic views of The River Thames and Tower Bridge.
The menu will include the following dishes:
Seared scallop, Keta caviar tartine, chive butter sauce, paired with Satyr, Sauvignon Blanc, New Zealand, 2018, (Le Pont de la Tour)
Smoked burrata and Truffled mushroom tortelli, paired with Adobe Reserva, Viognier,Chile, 2018 (Cantina del Ponte)
Venison wellington, seasonal vegetables and truffles, paired with Bodegas Santa Ana, Malbec, Argentina, 2017 (Butlers Wharf Chop House)
Pecan butter and Apple pie with malted barley ice cream, paired with Tokaji Late Harvest / Furmint / Hungary, 2016 (Blueprint Cafe)
The evening will be priced at £70 per person and include the four courses, with accompanying wines.
