Executive Head Chef Tom Cook and Head Bartender Pancrazio Manconi will be creating a selection of coffee infused dishes and a range of cocktails using the exclusive CRU Kafe grounds. Made up of four individual blends, the CRU Kafe range boasts distinct and complex flavours that result from the beans being grown at high altitude.
The coffee flavored Espresso Martini will be available in different blends from light roast, dark roast, intense or decaf.
