Seafood and sparkling wine, was there ever a more perfect pairing?
Kicking off on Thursday 12th August from 6.30pm, join us on the terrace for a glass of Classic Cuvee, then take a seat in our atmospheric wine cellar and indulge in four courses from Executive Chef Tony Fleming celebrating the best of British seafood.
We will be joined by Nyetimber’s Zoe Dearsley who will guide you through the wine pairings for each course.
Enjoy the likes of Steamed fillet of seabass, salad of charlotte potato and Cornish crab, tomato and basil vinaigrette, paired perfectly with 1086 Prestige Cuvee 2010.
The menu is priced at £90 per person.
